The process of answering a Request for Proposal (RFP) involves as many as eight different departments within this organization. Their RFPs typically contain over seventy-five questions, which need to be distributed for answers or review.

In absence of any automated system, the RFP team would spend hours color coding the document then send a complete copy to each department for their input.

Once the each department returned their changes, the RFP team was then faced with the arduous task of recombining everyone’s work into a single document.
