A: All our products come with a 30 money back guarantee.  If within the 30 day period you are not satisfied, for any reason, you can return the product for a refund.

Q: What is included with the annual maintenance?
A: Direct customer phone, email and user forum support on break fix issues.  All upgrades are available at no cost, including full version and service releases.  Access to new release Beta testing programs to influence the direction of our solutions.
