Software Sales Representative
Description
Successfully,
rapidly growing company has excellent
opportunity for a highly motivated
Inside/Outside sales person with a strong
consultative selling and closing skills. You
must have prior success selling Engineered
Software Solutions to Directors and
Management of large and medium sized
companies in a highly competitive and
resistant market. You must be willing to
prospect and excel at finding new
opportunities while working with limited
supervision.
You must have prior
earning of at least $70K in commissioned
sales
The ideal candidate
must be results-driven and committed to creating
new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace.
As a sales associate candidate will be responsible
for meeting monthly, quartly and annuall
quotas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Lead Generation and
Follow-up
- Use available sales intelligence software,
to generate lists of prospects to contact
by email, phone and US mail.
- Create and deliver scripts designed
to reach the next phase of a sale.
- Accurately record and maintain contact
information and conversations with prospects.
- Accurately record prospects descriptions
of their business process as it related
to XRSolutions products and services.
Product Presentations
- Deliver product demonstrations online.
- Deliver demonstration at customer
locations.
- Represent the company and products
at trade shows.
Miscellaneous
- Provide Monthly pipeline and sales results
reports to management.
- Ensure marketing materials and sales
tools are up to date.
- Maintain open communications with management
including feedback
from prospects or clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able

- Two to five years direct B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer
relationship skills.
- Experience working with large companies
and government agencies.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel
and PowerPoint.
- Well organized work habits with attention
to detail.
- Knowledge of the following are highly
beneficial but not required:
- Government proposal driven sales
cycle and government procurement process.
- Sandler sales method training and
experience.
- Microsoft SharePoint
- SalesForce.com
Position:
Customer Support and Service Specialist
Description:
As a customer support
specialist you'll become an expert in XRSolutions
software and solutions and provide an initial
point of contact for our customers via phone,
email and the support forum. Often the
job will not end with issue resolutions, you
will also be required to test, research and
document ongoing issues and maintain case information
in the support database.
As
your expertise grows you will have opportunities
for expansion into training and consulting with
possibilities for onsite travel.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer relations.
Good technical aptitude with computer software
and problem solving. Experience with Microsoft
Office applications
