Position: Account Executive
Description: Self-motivated Sales Associate to assist with customer relations including lead generation, discovery, product presentation, close and follow up. Candidate must be well organized with attention to detail, comfortable with software technology and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements: Excellent communication and customer relations skills with 3 years previous experience in software sales. Knowledge of proposal driven sales cycle and government procurement process is a plus. Sales training in the Sandler sales method is also a benefit.
Position: Customer Support and Service Specialist
Description: As a customer support specialist you'll become an expert in XRSolutions software and solutions and provide an initial point of contact for our customers via phone, email and the support forum. Often the job will not end with issue resolutions, you will also be required to test, research and document ongoing issues and maintain case information in the support database. As your expertise grows you will have opportunities for expansion into training and consulting with possibilities for onsite travel.
Requirements: Excellent communication and customer relations. Good technical aptitude with computer software and problem solving. Experience with Microsoft Office applications
