Ms. Payne has 20 years experience in the area of technology.  Prior to co-founding XRSolutions, she provided specialized software consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies in North America. These services included consulting, training, and the identification and implementation of productivity tools designed to facilitate content management and Microsoft Office Automation.
Ms. Payne holds a B.S. in Information Technology, with a minor in database management, from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Johnson is an accomplished software developer and designer with over 20 years of experience.  He is an expert in several programming languages, database platforms, and software architectures.  He is also well respected as a Manager and leader having previously managed three departments of over 20 employees and earning the respect of his peers by his ability to make accurate design and business decisions.  Mr. Johnson started his career in software working as a programmer for a small New Hampshire based startup company and has since worked for other successful software startups creating innovative software applications.  His last position, before co-founding XRSolutions, was as Vice President of Development.
Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics and a M.S. in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire.
